Kratka vsebina

V okviru projekta Go-ToS-Oil smo proučevali vpliv uporabe oljčnih tropin na sestavo mikrobne združbe in aktivnost talnih encimov v oljčniku sorte ‘Itrana’. Nanos tropin smo izvedli v različnih časovnih obdobjih, in sicer »1 teden«, »1 mesec«, »6 mesecev« in »1 leto« pred vzorčenjem, nato pa ugotavljali razlike v sestavi mikrobne združbe z uporabo analize metilnih estrov maščobnih kislin (FAMEs) ter sekvenciranjem regij 16S rRNA in ITS2. Analizirali smo tudi encimsko aktivnost ključnih talnih encimov: ureaze, alkalne fosfataze ter ß-glukozidaze, povezanih s kroženjem dušika, fosforja in ogljika. Dobljeni rezultati kažejo spremembe v sestavi mikrobne združbe in aktivnosti talnih encimov po nanosu mokrih oljčnih tropin. V zgodnjih fazah po uporabi smo opazili visoke vrednosti bakterijske biomase ob hkratni inhibiciji gliv, medtem ko se v poznejših fazah raznolikost in delež gliv nekoliko povečata. Nanos tropin je povzročil zmanjšanje vrstne bogatosti in prestrukturiranje mikrobne združbe. Ugotovitve glede vsebnosti talnih encimov kažejo, da uporaba tropin pomembno vpliva na mikrobno aktivnost.
